Mission

Responsabilities :
Solution Design : Translate business and non-functional requirements into scalable, reliable, secured and integrated IT Solutions
Technical Leadership: Guide development teams and lead the transition to DevOps, Private and Public Cloud and more
Functional Leadership: Guide the project managers and lead the transition to the target functional

Architecture
Stakeholder Management: Understand, collaborate and align transversal teams to the same vision: Security, Data Govenance, Data Protection, Legal, Compliance, Architect community
Documentation: Maintain the documentation up-to-date: Confluence, MEGA, etc
Drive RFP and prototyping activities

Profil

Requirement:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
Experience:
5-10 years as Solution Architect and/or Tech Lead
5-10 years private banking experience (Wealth/Asset Management, Back-Office, Trading & Treasury, ?)
Standards: TOGAF or other Architecture framework, Archimate, BPMN, BaBOK, CDMP, Openshift, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, SCRUM, SAFE (certifications are a strong plus)
Language: English and French Fluent
Swiss Resident Optional

Technical Skills:
Software development methodology: Agile and Waterfall
Security: Security by Design, Zero Trust Policy
Infrastructure: Physical Baremetal andVMware EsX with vCenter, VM and Kubernetes OpenShift and Microsoft Cloud
Enterprise Architecture: Open Service Architecture with API and BUS
Programming language: Java, .Net, Javascript, VueJS
Database : Oracle, Sybase, MongoDB, ElasticSearch
DevOps : Git, Azure DevOps
Emerging Technology : AI, ML, Blockchain
Communication and Leadership :
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
