Main responsabilities
Project Planning and Strategy:
Develop a comprehensive project plan, including scope, goals, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Project Execution and Management:
Lead a cross-functional project team and provide guidance and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor and control project activities, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate communication among project team members and stakeholders.
Vendor and Resource Management:
Collaborate with vendors and external partners involved in the HRIS transformation.
Manage the allocation of resources, both internal and external, to meet project requirements.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the HRIS transformation program meets quality standards and aligns with best practices in HR systems.
Perform regular quality assessments and evaluations.
Change Management:
Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of the new HRIS system by employees.
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
Maintain detailed project documentation and records.
