Procurement Specialist IT Implementation réglementation numérique

Position
Supporting the Procurement & Outsourcing team, the person will contribute to different sourcing projects and outsourcing tasks, specifically with the implementation of new requirements under DORA regulation (Digital Operational Resilience Act).

Experience required
Background in Financial Outsourcing, Procurement and legal would be an asset

Main responsabilities
Support on Outsourcing/DORA tasks, ensuring all steps are properly documented and validated:

Manage and document supplier Due Diligence, i.e., requirements on KYS ?Know your Supplier?

Support and document annual reviews of critical providers

Support Service Owners on performing Risk Assessments

Contract negotiation, specifically on outsourcing/ regulatory tool (DORA) requirements.

Support to update and maintain UBP?s Register of outsourced and ICT services.
